We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team! This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about assisting customers in meeting their goals while obtaining the highest value for their business needs from Intiveo’s products.
You will be a part of our Customer Experience team, reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Success, and responsible for driving revenue growth and contributing to retention across Intiveo’s Commercial segment

What You’ll Do
- Maintain and grow revenue from existing customers by selling and upgrading additional features through showing value to customer
- Manage renewals and negotiations for a portfolio of customers
- Negate churn for high at-risk clients through value-driven engagement
- Partner and support our Customer Support Agents and Enablement Managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of your customers’ industry, technology, products and services
- Consult with and advise Intiveo customers with a goal to drive broader deployment and value of Intiveo across their organization
What you’ll be measured on:
- Revenue expansion and retention
- Expansion pipeline development
Who You Are
- 2-3 years in account management and/or sales experience in a high-tech, fast-paced SaaS environment
- Experience developing strategies on assigned accounts in partnership with Customer Success Managers to fully maximize technology business value and impact
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships, rapport and establish trust through a consultative approach
- Strong track record of meeting sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements
- Customer-oriented Problem Solving & analytical mindset
